(WETM) – Two years ago, the historic and domineering mansion at 615 Columbia St. in Elmira went viral online when it was listed for $100,000. Months later, it had a new owner with big plans to turn back the wheel of time and bring the house to its former glory. But two years on, New York City-based owner Mehdi Hasan said that very little work has been done on the house. The reason: a struggle to find local contractors.
