ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- Republican Congressman Nick Langworthy was in the Southern Tier on Tuesday, August 15th, and while he was in Elmira he took time to highlight his concerns with the migrant crisis. Along with calling out President Joe Biden for his policy at the border, Langworthy also singled out New York Governor Kathy Hochul. "This out of control migrant relocation, we have already seen upstate locations used by the Hochul administration, and our counties have called for states of emergency in most counties in the Southern Tier," said Langworthy.
