The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has issued a missing vulnerable adult alert for 82-year-old James H. Kuhn of Elmira, at the request of the Chemung County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Kuhn was last seen at noon on Monday on Stacia Drive in the City of Elmira. Image courtesy NYS DCJS. The missing man is 5'10' tall and 170 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. He has dementia and may be in need of medical attention. He may be driving a 2014 red Ford Mustang with New York registration DNK-2286, similar to the vehicle pictured.
