News WAVERLY, N.Y. (WENY) - New York State Police arrested an Elmira man after a car chase and crash in Waverly. Travid Fedock, 31 is charged with Reckless Endangerment, Fleeing an Officer, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Drugs. State Police say they attempted a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon in the village of Waverly, when the driver refused to stop and kept going. According to police, Fedock eventually went off the road on state route 34, went airborne, and hit the porch roof of a house, then flipped over.
