ELMIRA, N.Y. (WENY) -- New York's 23rd District Congressman-elect Nick Langworthy hosted a ceremonial oath of office at the Elmira City Courthouse Friday morning. Langworthy said the best thing he can do is to listen to people's concerns and bring them back to Washington D.C."A layer of communication is what is the most important. People will understand that I will be their voice, no matter what party affiliation they belong to. I'm representing this community in Washington D.C.," said Langworthy.
