A second suspect, one who was already in custody, has been charged in connection with the January shooting death of an Elmira man on the city's south side. Investigators charged Zemyuah Graham, 26, with second-degree murder related to the Jan. 21 death of 34-year-old Jeremy J. Shazer, of Elmira. Police had previously charged Shamel T. Swan, 29, of Elmira, with second-degree murder for Shazer's death. The shooting took place in a parking lot at 210 W. Miller St., near the Qountry Tavern, according to the Elmira Police Department.
