ROCHESTER, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Corey J. Lattimer, 30, of Elmira, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. The charge carries a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, and $10,000,000 fine.
